Design, Drawings & Approvals
Architectural and structural drawings are prepared and shared for your approval. We support the sanction process with the relevant authority so construction starts on a legal footing.
Estimation, BOQ & Agreement
You receive a detailed Bill of Quantities with material specifications, rates, timeline and payment milestones, all documented in a clear agreement.
Foundation & Structure
Excavation, footings, columns, beams and slabs are built under engineer supervision, with reinforcement checks and concrete testing before every major pour.
Masonry, Services & Finishing
Brickwork, plastering, waterproofing, plumbing and electrical conduiting, flooring and painting are executed in sequence to avoid rework and delays.
Inspection & Handover
A final snag inspection is done with you, defects are rectified, and you receive the completed building along with drawings, documents and warranty details.

How long does it take to build a house or villa?
It depends on size and design. A typical independent house takes several months from foundation to handover. After reviewing your drawings we give a written timeline with milestones, and we update you at each stage.
How do you finalise the construction cost?
We prepare a detailed Bill of Quantities from your approved drawings and chosen specifications. This lists material, quantities and rates, so there are no hidden items. Any change you request later is quoted and approved in writing before work starts.
Do you help with building plan approvals?
Yes. We coordinate architectural and structural drawings and support the sanction process with the concerned authority, so your construction starts with the right permissions.
Can I visit the site and track progress?
Absolutely. You are welcome to visit at any time. We also share regular progress photos and videos, along with inspection records for major stages like footing, slab and reinforcement.
What warranty do you provide?
Major projects carry a structural warranty, with the exact period and terms stated in your agreement. We also stand behind rectification of defects found during the handover inspection.
Do you take up projects outside Pune?
Our focus is Pune and the surrounding region. For larger or special projects elsewhere, please contact us and we will tell you honestly whether we can serve your location well.
Can you renovate or extend an existing building?
Yes. We begin with a structural assessment to check whether the building can take the extra load, then plan strengthening, extension or repair accordingly.
